Biography

Rick Keyes has served as a member of our board since July 2026. Mr. Keyes has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Meijer, Inc. (a regional supercenter) since 2017. Prior to this role, he served in various leadership positions at Meijer since 1989, including as President from 2015 to 2017 and Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing from 2006 to 2015. Mr. Keyes is currently a director of CMS Energy Corporation (and its subsidiary Consumers Energy Company) and serves on both its Audit and Governance, Sustainability and Public Responsibility committees. Mr. Keyes has also been a board member or trustee of a number of professional and charitable organizations, including Chair of the Board of Trustees of Ohio Northern University. The Company believes that Mr. Keyes is qualified to serve on the Board of Directors because of his significant management and operations experience and his leadership in the retail industry.
